REGISTERED INVESTMENT ADVISOR • PRODUCTIVE CAPITAL SPECIALIST

Your portfolio doesn't
have an alignment problem.
It has a design problem.

Portfolio audit. Circular redesign. Regenerative deployment.
By the only fiduciary who's lived it.

The Problem

Your thesis is right.
The system's design is wrong.

You've committed to deploying capital that actually does something. You've found your values. You've built relationships in the right rooms. But the same problems resurface.

The capital doesn't cycle. The communities you were trying to serve didn't benefit at the scale you intended. And when someone asks you to defend the impact claim, the honest answer is harder than it should be.

Every deal is structured differently. You're rebuilding the framework from scratch every time.

PE was never built for what you're trying to do. It was built for an exit.

The exit is where return concentrates, value extracts, and the investor's relationship with the enterprise ends. You can be the most intentional LP in the room and the structure still points toward extraction.

PE has a design problem. And design problems have design solutions.

What I do

Registered Investment Advisor

Stakeholder Enterprise is a Registered Investment Advisor that runs a four-stage portfolio program. We audit your portfolio, redesign it with circularity, implement our evaluation framework and guide you to regenerative deployment. Each stage builds on the last.

The audit, the design, the framework and the deployment comes from 1000+ deals evaluated in the field. Pattern recognition from practice. The goal is allocator fluency. You'll know what you're looking at and you'll know why it belongs in the portfolio.

Read the white paper, learn the why, and discover the depth of the Stakeholder Enterprise ecosystem.

Who I Serve

Productive Allocators

Where community meets capital.

Inheritors ready to deploy

Past the framework-learning stage. You have the capital, you have the values, and you want a fiduciary who can actually move it.

Qualified purchasers building productive allocations

You want community impact you can defend at an LP advisory meeting, with reporting that holds up.

Family offices diversifying out

You're transitioning current positions, reducing exposure to the extractive end of the market, and you don't want impact theater with institutional branding.

Operators of small fund stacks

You want to build an investing vehicle with the economics designed right from the start. We've built one. Let's architect yours.

Engagement Tiers

Three pathways, scoped
to where you actually are.

Tier 0

Productive Allocation Starter

$50–100k

Across the next 12 months

For investors deploying $50,000 to $100,000 across the next 12 months. Smaller checks, same fiduciary standard. The right fit if you're moving real capital but starting selectively.

  • Selective instrument matching
  • Ongoing rebalancing
  • Fiduciary reporting suite

Tier 1

Portfolio Transformation

$250k+

Across 6 to 12 months

For investors deploying $250,000 or more across 6 to 12 months. The core engagement. Portfolio audit, circular redesign, regenerative deployment and ongoing rebalancing as circular deployments repay. The goal is fluent investor agency in regenerative capital deployment.

  • Full instrument selection
  • Deployment cadence design
  • Ongoing rebalancing
  • Fiduciary reporting suite

Tier 2

Community Lending Vehicle

Custom

Family offices & larger allocators

For family offices and allocators ready to build their own version of a community-led financing instrument based on my own model. Deeper engagement, longer arc, more direct collaboration.

  • Direct architectural collaboration
  • Custom fund stack design
  • Long-arc partnership

All engagements begin with a working session. See the invitation below.

How This Works

Operating principles.
Public, participatory, pressure-tested.
And a direct path for the already-aligned.

  • I publish my analysis.
  • I host live working sessions.
  • I bring my thesis into rooms where people will challenge it.
  • The companies I invest in get the same transparency I expect from them.
  • The investors I work with get to see everything clearly. I didn’t just pull back the curtain. I removed it completely.

I run this firm in public because the best way to earn trust isn't credentials. It's showing the work.

I publish my analysis. I host live working sessions. I bring my thesis into rooms where people will challenge it. The companies I invest in get the same transparency I expect from them. I didn't pull back the curtain. I removed it.

This isn't a pitch deck operation. The thesis gets sharper because people pressure-test it.

Because the work runs in the open, some of you reading this already know it. You've followed the journey, read the white paper, and you're ready to put capital into productive infrastructure today. You don't need the advisory engagement first.

Data Standard Presentation

The Crowdfunding Professional Association (CfPA) presented the data standard work I've been stewarding directly to the SEC.

The work is in the field. The numbers are in the open. That's the proof I trust.

About Paul

Paul Lovejoy

Registered Investment Advisor · Series 65 · FINRA #317736

Paul Lovejoy is a Registered Investment Advisor and the founder of Stakeholder Enterprise, the first RIA specializing in community-capital instruments.

His thesis comes from practice, not theory. A 366-day experiment of investing every single day in the Reg CF capital markets uncovered the structural gap that became the data standard now being presented to the SEC. The mature portfolio holds at a 29% annualized cash-on-cash return, and he's still pulling lessons out of it.

The daily cadence has since eased into something more sustainable. The work continues from a different posture now: building the infrastructure the ecosystem needs, deepening community capital as a legitimate asset class, and showing up in the rooms where the standards get set.

He's based in Honolulu and works with investors and operators across the Pacific, the continental U.S., and the regenerative networks growing between them.

An Invitation

Before you engage, come work the thesis with me.

I host live working sessions for investors, allocators, and aligned partners who are seriously considering a deployment. Bring the objections. Bring the questions your LP advisory committee would raise. Bring the hole you think is in the strategy.

The best breakthroughs I've had came from public debate. I'd rather find the weakness with you than find it later in the market.

If this is the right fit, we'll talk about advisory after the session.
