FROM WALL STREET CASUALTY TO FINANCIAL REVOLUTIONARY
I always loved investing.
As a kid, I played Monopoly for days at a time. Before I turned 30, I had become a successful real estate investor with a growing portfolio and seemingly bright future.
But in 2008, the crash shattered everything I'd built.
I discovered I’d been defrauded by Doug Swenson, the so-called "Bernie Madoff of Boise." He went to prison. I was left financially devastated , watching helplessly as my life savings evaporated overnight.
But it wasn’t just my money, but my mother's and brother's as well.
The loss triggered a storm of shame, anxiety, and grief. My physical, mental, and emotional health spiraled down, paralyzed by the weight of financial ruin.
For years, I remained in the industry, trapped in a false sense of recovery, caught in a vicious cycle of denial and despair.
Then in 2015, something shifted. I committed to practicing self-care.
And that changed everything.
I began to understand that financial health isn’t just about money. It’s about mindset.
It’s about healing our relationship with power, worth, and security. I realized that financial self-care is essential to personal well-being.
While working in traditional wealth management, I made a discovery that would change everything.
On May 16, 2016, the SEC quietly adopted new rules that allowed regular people, not just the wealthy, to invest in private companies through crowdfunding for the first time in modern history.
This wasn't just a minor regulatory change. It was a seismic shift that cracked open the door to investment opportunities that had been locked away for generations.
Suddenly, anyone could invest in early-stage companies, community projects, and impact ventures, the same kinds of investments that had historically built wealth for the privileged few.
But almost nobody was talking about it. Nearly a decade later, most people still don't know this option exists.
Traditional financial advisors, Wall Street firms, and big banks have every incentive to keep it quiet.
After all, why would they tell you about investments they don't control or profit from?
This revelation became the foundation of my approach: helping everyday people access and navigate these newly available investment opportunities that align with their values, without needing millions or compromising their principles.
It's not just about finding investments, it's about reclaiming financial power that was deliberately kept from regular people for decades.
That awakening sparked a new mission: to help others reclaim financial power with clarity, conscience, and confidence.
I discovered that true financial health isn't just about numbers, it's about values alignment and knowing your investments truly reflect who you are.
By 2017, I transitioned into financial education and wealth strategy. I gained the tools to understand what really caused the 2008 collapse, and why our financial system is built to fail the people it claims to serve.
In 2022, I launched Stakeholder Enterprise with a radically different vision:
To help people build ethical, resilient portfolios that fund the world they want to live in, not the one they feel trapped inside.
I help conscious changemakers, legacy builders, and values-driven beginners move their money into alignment with their beliefs.
Whether you're starting with $10 or $100,000, I provide:
We’re not just building portfolios. We’re building a financial rebellion.
The true crisis of our time isn’t just inequality, it’s concentration of wealth in systems designed to exclude and extract. But change doesn’t require revolution. It requires redirection.
Through crowd-sourced investing, we can fund small businesses, cooperative models, regenerative solutions, and wealth-bridging ventures.
My mission is to accelerate the financial well-being of compassionate people by giving them the power to invest in a future that reflects their values.
This free guide exposes how the financial elite maintain their grip on power—and how everyday people are breaking free.
Inside, you'll discover:
If you're an activist, a community builder, or feeling financially stuck, this manifesto shows how to align your money with your values.
The financial system told you that high returns and social impact couldn’t coexist.
They were wrong.
Crowd investing is what happens when everyday people pool their money - online - to fund loans, companies, or community projects without going through big banks or traditional gatekeepers.
Instead of one institution taking all the risk (and all the reward), the power is spread across hundreds or even thousands of conscious investors.
That means more access, more impact, and more control - for you.
When a bank funds a $10,000 loan, it keeps the full return. But with crowd investing, 1,000 people can each invest $10, and share both the risk and the reward.
You become the financial infrastructure, not just a consumer of it.
Most private investments require $10,000+ just to get started. With crowd investing, you can spread that same amount across 100’s of different businesses, loans, or projects, starting with as little as $10 per deal.
This massively reduces your risk.

Historically, high-growth investments, like private equity, venture capital, and credit, were locked behind million-dollar gates.
Crowd investing makes these same deal types available to the public, with average return targets between 10% and 30%.
This isn’t charity.
You can now invest in sustainable farms, worker-owned businesses, housing co-ops, and climate innovation and still target risk-adjusted, market-rate returns.
You don’t have to choose between doing good and doing well.
