You already have too much email, that's why this newsletter just goes out on the 28th of each month. It's authentic and worth reading.

Stakeholder Enterprise is one node in a wider ecosystem of people building the next layer of community capital. These are the rooms I sit in, the standards I help steward, and the platforms I've put my own money through.
I work in public because private thinking has a ceiling. Everything here is on LinkedIn, in industry publications, and in the public records of the platforms themselves.
Stewardship is an act of care and attention.
It's showing up to the working group that's drafting the policy. It's commenting on the Wefunder offering page when the deal structure raises questions. It's sitting on the board and doing the unglamorous committee work that quietly builds the infrastructure for a regenerative economy.
I showed up to these ecosystems because that’s where my attention needed to go.

Role: (Since 2024) Board Member & Investor Committee Chair
The Mission: The CfPA is the leading industry body shaping the future of regulated crowdfunding.
The Impact: I am the lead author of the universal data standard for circular investment vehicles, peer reviewed by the industry, presented to the SEC, and adopted by the CfPA. The standard exists because the entire private market was missing the reporting infrastructure that makes community capital legible to institutional allocators, holdable in retirement accounts, and trackable like any other asset class. That gap is now closing.

Role: (Since 2025) Vocal Supporter & Podcast Guest
The Mission: ICAN is one of the few organizations actively defending and advocating for retail investors in the Reg CF and Reg A+ space.
The Impact: They're challenging the Accredited Investor Rule, the gatekeeping mechanism that has kept productive capital markets closed to ordinary investors for decades. This is the legal infrastructure the ecosystem needs. I show up as a supporter because the work matters.

Role: (Since 2016) Executive Committee Member
The Mission: SEA is where I first stress-tested whether circular instruments could actually serve mission-driven operators. The answer kept coming back yes.
The Impact: I serve purely as a capital architect, using the network to successfully stress-test whether circular instruments can effectively fund impact-first businesses.

Role: (Since 2026) Advisory Board Member
The Mission: Green 2 Gold is a clean energy incubator founded by Alan Tratner, one of the original organizers of Earth Day.
The Impact: I advise on crowdfunding capital raises and bring my network to bear on getting clean energy innovations built in Hawaii. This is what regenerative capital looks like at the community level. Real projects, real place, real impact.

Role: (Since 2024) Vocal Supporter & Session Host
The Mission: Kingscrowd produces the most rigorous market data and analytics platform in the Reg CF space.
The Impact: I serve as lead session host at Investment Crowdfunding Week and co-judge on the Live Pitch competition alongside Kingscrowd's senior analysts. I use their data to track overall market conditions, inform my own analysis, and back my public positions with numbers that hold up under scrutiny.

Role: (Since 2022) Active Investor & Collaborator
The Mission: Wefunder is the largest funding portal for Regulation Crowdfunding in the United States.
The Impact: I hold dozens of positions on Wefunder, engage publicly on deal pages, and have built a following in their investor community. Wefunder has adopted the universal reporting standard for circular investment vehicles, the first major platform to do so, through ongoing collaboration with the Wefunder executive team and the CfPA.

Role: (Since 2024) Active Investor & Vocal Supporter
The Mission: Climatize is a leading platform for clean energy investment through Regulation Crowdfunding.
The Impact: I hold dozens of positions on Climatize and engage publicly in their investor community. The relationship runs deep. We collaborate on adoption of the standard and on unlocking institutional and retirement capital for clean energy investment.

Role: Session host
SOCAP26 is Paul's first appearance at the largest impact investing convening in the world.
The Session: Who Decides Where Impact Capital Goes? A live exploration of using community signals as the deal memo. Impact capital co-invests alongside the community funding the gap, allowing the community to own their own assets.
Selected through community voting. The thesis goes on stage in front of the people who move impact capital.

Role: (Since 2025) Founding 100 member
I collaborate with GECA on harmonizing cross-border regulatory infrastructure and uniting crowdfunding platforms and ecosystem builders around the world.
I've been featured on the GECA podcast after meeting their executive lead, Andy Field, during the CfPA's advocacy meetings on Capitol Hill in Washington, D.C.

Role: (Since 2022) Connector
The community wealth building space knows how to structure deals. It doesn't know that community members must fit in the capital stack. That's the gap I work in.
I engage publicly on LinkedIn, in events, during working sessions and meet privately to offer tactical direction.
The goal is for communities to own their own assets. Reg CF is one of the tools that makes it possible.
I work closely with community finance attorney Jenny Kassan (jennykassan.com), who helped pass the law that made Reg CF possible. She then proved it herself with a community co-investment raise.
This work extends across the country.

Regulation Crowdfunding turned ten this year. Reg CF is no longer a frontier. It's a maturing market with real numbers, real returns, and real structural problems that the next decade has to solve.
Most pitches I see have correctly identified the market and incorrectly structured the deal.
The ecosystems above are where the solving happens. I'm one steward among many, and the only reason I'm naming the work is because most allocators have no idea this layer exists. Once you can see it, you can deploy into it.
